How do I choose the right treatments and products?
Our licensed and certified staff have the knowledge and skills to create a customized plan just for you. Proper skincare is critical to your success. Therefore, our staff will recommend the appropriate skincare so that you can achieve optimal results.
Is there any pre-treatment planning required?
Some services do require some planning. During your complimentary consultation, you will be able to discuss any pre-planning, if necessary. If you are currently on or have used a topical or oral medication product for your skin, please notify our staff so that we can be sure the treatment is appropriate for you.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late for your appointment will limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
What is the cancellation policy?
A credit card is required to hold an appointment. We kindly ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice when you cancel an appointment. Same day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged $50.00.
Are any of your treatments or services covered by insurance?
The services provided by CapitalCare Family MedEsthetics are considered cosmetic and will not be filed with your insurance plan. All services are to be paid in full at the time of service.
